Job Summary:
Provide high-level administrative support in the legal department by preparing reports and handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings.

Essential Job Functions (includes but is not limited to):

  • Ability to provide accurate and effective administrative support in a fast moving and highly pressured environment
  • Must be team player and possess strong communication skills

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities Preferred:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Team player – willing to help with special projects
  • Must have good organization skills and be detail-oriented
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task in a time-sensitive environment and meet deadlines

Qualifications, Education and Experience:

  • Five or more years of administrative support experience in fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a law office or firm is preferred
  • Associate’s degree
  • Strong written and verbal skills
